Questions merchants ask
Will it have a negative impact on the performance of my store?
Atomato is responsible for loading it separately from your theme. Your theme styles are not changed, and it does not hold up the other part of the page.
Do I need a programmer to install it?
No. Atomato is functioning as a Shopify app embed so it just needs to be switched on in your theme editor. No code is needed to be pasted and no theme files need any editing.
Will it go with my theme?
It will work with any Shopify theme that has app embeds including Online Store 2.0 versions. Atomato floats on top of your theme and not only inside it, so if there is no room for the bell in your header you can just put it in a corner.
Is it possible to align it with my brand?
Absolutely. The fonts, colors, the bell icon and custom CSS are adjustable on the paid plans. The default widget design is available on every plan, including the free one.
How does the revenue allocation work?
Revenue to the specific campaign is credited if a shopper clicked it prior to the order within a 6-hour window. A view that was displayed only once does not grant any earnings. NotiEmail revenue is based on the discount code that is linked to the order.
Is it compatible with my email platform?
Of course. The captured contacts are synced with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Drip, and Attentive. In addition, Klaviyo and Mailchimp allow you to specify the list they subscribe to.
